Employee Assistance Programmes
EAPs are an extremely valuable resource that more employers are investing in to enhance existing employee health and wellbeing policies. They offer a range of confidential counselling support to employees and immediate family members, delivered by professional counsellors via telephone helplines, or (for your direct employees) in face-to-face counselling sessions.
