Malcolm Brebner is the founding Director of Fulcrum, which he established in 2007, after more than 20 years experience in employee benefits insurance and insurance broking. Fulcrum is entirely focused on helping corporate decision makers to organise and negotiate the most effective insured benefit arrangements for their employees.
The longevity of client relationships is critical to our business, so we focus carefully on understanding your business and the style and frequency of support that will work best for you.

In insurance procurement, knowledge of plan design is usually the key that makes everything else work. When you partner with Fulcrum you’ll gain the knowledge to be a more active participant in shaping your own contract. And insurers will also be enabled to do more for you – by being more closely involved.
Sometimes the solution will be readily available, with sufficient supplier choice to ensure that it’s competitively priced. But when it’s not, you’ll need to be able to sit down with insurers and build an arrangement that works for both parties.
